Here is a brief on what the article is going to be about: "Invention of television so far goes back to 1890's. Here are some of the earliest inventions that led to television."The invention of television starts with Alexandre-Edmond Becquerel, who filed for a patent in Paris in 1894. During that time it was difficult to receive radio waves without having an antenna, and no one even knew there was such a thing as electricity until 1830. The next major milestone occurred when Guglielmo Marconi received a patent for wireless telegraphy on 4 July 1901.The history of television begins in the 1890s with the discovery of cathode ray tubes that could be used as non-radio communication devices. The earliest known claim about using cathode ray tubes for television experiments was by Russian scientist Boris Rosing in his 1895 paper "Experiments on the transmission of images by electricity".

These early experiments had many shortcomings, and in 1924 Frank Conrad, while working at the Westinghouse research laboratory, made a major breakthrough when he successfully transmitted images over a distance of several miles. The most advanced receiver Conrad used was a type of TV tube called a "Mullard" tube.By 1930, about 200 experimental stations were broadcasting regular programs. Even though there were 200 broadcasting stations, the television was not a practical medium. This was due to the cost of television receivers and lack of programming available to the public. The first commercially made TV sets appeared in shops in 1930, but it wasn't until 5 November 1936 that the BBC started regular service with an attendance of around 15 million viewers. However, due to a weak signal, only about 40 people were able to actually watch the first transmission. The first person ever seen on British TV was actress Alexandra Palace.

Too much information can lead to a messy page, but too little will make it too brief. In this article, I am trying to cover all the aspects of the history of television from its inception and its early days up to the present age. You must have done some research at home or online and then put them in some order for your reader(s). If you are not able to pick up some ideas from here then there is also a Wikipedia:Guidelines for writing good articles.Style notes - If you have an interest in writing, then there is a lot to learn from Wikipedia:Manual of Style. Here are some handy tips which I think will work for your article.Articles should not be a summary of existing articles. Content should be new, original and intelligently written. Information should be presented in a neutral and encyclopedic tone. Do not use first person (I, We), second person (You) or third person (He/She). The third person includes the most common cases and also allows readers from other cultures to use the content without any discomfort.
